To make your stay at Cortijo MaSy as smooth as possible, we ask you to complete the online check-in before arrival.

Why is the online check-in mandatory?

According to Spanish law, all tourist accommodations are required to register the identity of their guests and pass this information on to the competent authorities. This applies to hotels, apartments, B&Bs, and vacation homes. Therefore, online check-in is a mandatory part of your reservation.

Where can I find the online check-in?

Online check-in is handled through Check-in Scan.

Before arrival, you will automatically receive an email with your personal online check-in link. As soon as the link is available, you can also find the online check-in in your personal Cortijo MaSy guest area.

No email received? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you cannot find the invitation there either, contact us.

How does it work?

Filling it out takes only a few minutes.

During the online check-in, we ask you to:

check or supplement your personal information;

scan or photograph a valid passport or identity card;

confirm the requested information.

Are you traveling with multiple guests? Then every guest must provide the requested information according to the instructions in Check-in Scan.

Secure handling of your data

Your data is used exclusively to comply with the Spanish legal registration requirement. We treat all personal data confidentially and in accordance with current privacy legislation (GDPR).

When must the check-in be completed?

We kindly request you to complete the online check-in no later than 24 hours before arrival. This allows us to receive you quickly and ensures a smooth key handover, so you can immediately enjoy your stay.
